Phil from Pashko Resources saved my butt! We met Phil on Saturday at a local festival. He was a member of the local business alliance we has just joined, so we stopped by his tent to chat. We had been in the market for a printer and someone to handle our promotional products, as well. I called him on the following Monday, and just said, by any chance do you think you can get us some t-shirts for the Texas Book Festival on the upcoming Saturday? Phil, having no fear, said "Sure, just send me the artwork." One conversation lead to another, and by Friday night he delivered to me (yes, delivered himself), the t-shirts, 500 bookmarks that he had reworked for me, since the previous printer kept rejecting them, and business cards for every staff member. That ensured we had a great show.
Despite the heroic measures he had to take, he continues to take my calls, and jump through the hoops that I constantly am requesting. Right now he on the quest for the ultimate book tote bag for us! He knows that customer service is the thing people are seeking, and he takes that very seriously. Since I started using Pashko Resources, I have never had to apologize for my business card, or printed material. In fact I have people who email and ask who did my printing, so that they can use the same service. I happily say, "my hero, Phil, at Pashko Resources".

I give PashKo the highest marks for custom work and service on our recent contract with them to prepare a Department Calendar to be mailed out to A&M Former Students.
I am enthusiastic about the excellent work, professional support, and attention paid to our job by PashKo Resources. From the outset, our Department made the request for this Calendar late in the year, placing PashKo on a tight schedule. Despite this, all of our expectations were met in design, proofing, printing, and packaging the Calendars to mail across the country in time for the New Year. I can recommend PashKo to you for excellent work, attention to detail, and the ability to work one-on-one on a custom job.
